To make this chocolate turtle cake, you'll first need to make the boxed cake according to package instructions (note that you'll likely need a combination of oil, water, and eggs to do so).
This turtle poke cake couldn't be simpler to make! Pour caramel flavored sweetened condensed milk over the cake and spread all around. Bake cake according to package directions, and allow to cool fully.
Spread to make sure it gets into all of the holes.
Poke holes all over the warm cake using the bottom of a wooden mixing spoon (see photos in post).
