How to Cook Tasty Korean Seaweed Rice
Korean Seaweed Rice. We all grew up on these rice rolls. These are the classic kimbap ingredients: spinach, carrot, egg, imitation crab meat, fish cake sheets, braised burdock roots, and radish pickles.
Gim is dried sheets of seaweed, and bap means rice. The cooked fist rice balls are great for breakfast or lunch! In a medium bowl, mix rice, shredded seaweed, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until incorporated.
