How to Cook Delicious Frozen Broccoli
Frozen Broccoli. You can prepare frozen broccoli on a stovetop, in a microwave, or in an oven. Believe it or not, frozen broccoli is more than just a great add-in for pasta dishes and stir-fry.
Of course the texture isn't exactly the same as roasting fresh broccoli florets, but the frozen broccoli florets still get a little crispy and I honestly don't mind that the texture is a bit softer — especially when you consider the fact that there is almost no prep work at all. Frozen broccoli is a freezer aisle staple, but if you find yourself with a little extra fresh broccoli on hand, it's easy enough to freeze it yourself for later use.
