Easy Recipe: Delicious Mango Lime Cilantro Salsa
Mango Lime Cilantro Salsa. Drizzle with the juice of one lime. However, with a few gluten-free chips and this fresh salsa that lasts me the whole week, I have a few servings that I can feel good about!
Fresh Mango Salsa Ingredients: To make this easy mango salsa recipe, you will need: Fresh Mangoes: Nice and ripe, and diced to your desired size. (Feel free to check out my tutorial on How To Select, Peel & Dice A Mango.) Red Onion: Also peeled and finely diced. Season with salt and pepper to taste (and cumin if desired). Mango Salsa is the perfect accompaniement.
I also like making Mango Salsa in advance because I think the flavors get better over time.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
The mango salsa is sweet, tangy and packed full of chopped veggies, cilantro and lime! Put the chicken breasts into a ziploc bag and pour in the mixture. When ready to make salsa, all that's left to do is finely chop mango, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
