How to Make Delicious Paleo Iced Coffee

Paleo Iced Coffee. Cold brew - homemade or store-bought Ghee - or sub grass-fed butter (like Kerrygold) Collagen - preferably plain, unflavored Milk - Ok so *technically* I'm not sure "milk" is part of traditional bulletproof coffee, but let's be honest, cold brew + a few splashes of milk is the way to go. Collagen peptides and MCT oil provide the protein and healthy fats your body needs to get going.

Bulletproof coffee is usually a blend of freshly brewed coffee, MCT oil or grass-fed ghee, and collagen. This Paleo Frozen Coffee is the perfect low-carb alternative: It's packed with quality fats to fuel your brain, superfood benefits from cacao powder and a perfectly sweet taste that won't cause a sugar crash. It tastes very similar to regular coffee, perhaps a bit sweeter (especially if you're used to a dark roast) and it's a tradition, especially when mixed half and half with milk, in Louisiana and other French-speaking areas of the world.

Unfortunately, I'm usually left less than impressed with the non-dairy milk choices & end up wishing I made my own at home.

Add the can of coconut milk to the blender.

I love hot mocha's in the winter, and iced or frappe mochas in the summer. Thai iced coffee is typically an uber-sweet accompaniment to your meal at Thai restaurants, but this naturally-sweetened version nixes the condensed milk in favor of healthier ingredients. Strong coffee with fresh vanilla beans and maple syrup or honey to sweeten it, this is a great beverage to get your day started.
