Vegan Avocado Egg Rolls. Fold up a corner over the filling, then the sides, and then roll it up. Now add the lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with egg mixture. Bring the bottom corner up, then roll toward the top corner - keeping the roll tight as you roll. Remove from pan and let drain on a cooling rack covered with a paper towel.
