Peach Cupcakes With Canned Peaches. Cream together the sugar and butter. Now, these cupcakes could easily be done with canned peaches, but I always recommend and use fresh when available.
For the cupcakes themselves, I first used peach curd (recipe here). You could also use canned peaches if it's not peach season (I will always recommend fresh though). In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
